Do you handle printing and shipping?
Yes. We can run the full process for you from design and proofing to production and shipping. Outrun Studio manages the project and works with trusted print partners for manufacturing.
How many revisions are included?
Most projects include 2 rounds of revisions. In practice, we usually nail it in the first or second round. If something is fundamentally wrong, we'll fix it, we'd rather you love it.
Do you do rush orders?
Sometimes. Contact us with your deadline and we'll be honest about whether it's doable. Rush orders may have a small premium.
What file formats do I get?
You get everything: AI (Illustrator source), EPS, SVG, PDF (print-ready), PNG (transparent background), and JPEG. Organized by use case.
Can I use the design on my website?
Yes, all files are yours, all rights transferred. There are no licensing fees or usage restrictions once the project is complete.
Are these AI-generated designs?
No. Every design is made by hand in Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate. We don't use Canva AI, Midjourney, or any AI generation tools for client work.
